The operating principle of pneumatic quick-connect couplings is based on pneumatic transmission technology. When compressed air enters the internal cylinder, the piston pushes the connecting components outward, achieving a tight engagement with the mating connector. Simultaneously, internal sealing rings or gaskets ensure an airtight seal at the connection point, preventing the leakage of gas or fluid. To disconnect, the air pressure within the cylinder is simply released; the piston retracts under the force of a spring or external pressure, separating the connecting components and completing the disconnection process.
