Hydraulic quick-connect couplings are mechanical connectors widely used in hydraulic systems. Their primary function is to enable the rapid connection and disconnection of fluid lines, thereby facilitating maintenance and component replacement.
A hydraulic quick-connect coupling consists of two mating parts and a sealing gasket. One part is sleeve-shaped and houses an internal valve and sealing mechanism; the other is a plug-like component featuring a sealing gasket and a sealing face at its tip, allowing it to be easily inserted into the sleeve to establish a connection. The connection interfaces fall into two categories: convex (poppet-style) and flat-face.
