Domestically manufactured fittings of similar design also allow for multiple cycles, though it should be noted that some fittings may be designed for single use or require the replacement of specific components.
Limits on assembly cycles: In practical applications, it is generally recommended that ferrule-type fittings undergo no more than 10 assembly/disassembly cycles. Exceeding this limit can significantly degrade the sealing performance of the ferrule and seal, thereby increasing the risk of leakage. This limitation is primarily due to factors such as material aging, wear on contact surfaces, and deformation.
